Choose your operations level and management agreement independently of your software package

Whether you run Express or Total, you decide how much operations and follow-up you need – from self-service to strategic partnership.

Operations packages

Infrastructure, backup and recovery.

Basic

Reliable operations with daily backups and recovery within one day. A good fit for smaller businesses (5–50 employees) with normal uptime requirements.

Standard

More powerful infrastructure and longer history, still with daily backups and fast recovery. Recommended for mid-sized businesses (50–200 employees), or when you have audit and compliance requirements to meet.

Premium

A dedicated database for your data only, with full control over where it is stored. Continuous backups and geographic redundancy – back up and running within minutes. Built for large businesses (200+ employees) with business-critical processes.

Management agreements

Follow-up, optimisation and advice over time.

Basic

Your solution is kept up to date and in good shape, with an annual status report.

Standard

Regular reviews and optimisation, quarterly reporting, and advice when new functionality becomes relevant. A defined SLA for follow-up.

Premium

Dedicated follow-up with a named contact person, ongoing reporting and a binding SLA level. For those who want CalWin as a strategic partner, not just a tool.
