CALWIN MULTI-LOCATIONS

A sales location can function as a sales channel, and all item lines must be linked to a production location or sold from stock. A production location can use the current production models in CalWin by placing item lines in batches at the selected location. As many locations as needed can be used. The system can be configured with different functionalities for each location. An order can consist of items produced at multiple locations, with automatic internal invoicing between them. Delivery can go to the customer directly from the relevant manufacturing unit, or items can be collected at one location for simultaneous shipping of all order lines. Each location has its own numerical series for quotes, orders, invoices, purchases, etc. As a starting point, the different locations do not see "quotes," orders, and purchases from other locations, but there is significant flexibility in the settings here as well.

CalWin Multi-Location is a highly advanced solution that manages all data flows between the units, enables maximum utilization of all surplus production capacity, administers shipping, and monitors all inter-company financial transactions between the units.
