Based on all general CalWin features, the built-in CRM functions provide full support for the sales effort. Here, access is also given to all customer history, contacts, projects, quotes, orders, invoices, complaints, deviations, etc. without needing to resort to other systems. The service level improves and revenues increase.

CalWin Sales is fully integrated into CalWin, so all data is registered only once and is then available everywhere it is needed. CalWin makes other sales tools unnecessary. CalWin is all you need!

CalWin Basis

CalWin Basis is independent of the other modules and can be used entirely on its own. All standard functions can be performed in Basis, as well as all tasks related to quotes, order registration, all product work, prices, and calculations. There is also full freedom to print reports and create custom reports.

In addition to being an independent and fully usable module with rich functionality, Basis is the real brain of CalWin. Here, all parameters that apply to the entire installation are specified.

CalWin Price List

CalWin Price List is a valuable complement to the calculation function in CalWin. Several price lists can be built in this module for different requirements, e.g., customers and customer groups. Consequently, it can be used with different prices for different markets and to different customers, without much manual work and follow-up required. There are no limitations on the number of different price lists that can be set up.

The price lists can be linked to all types of products and are used by CalWin when entering item lines, when quotes or orders are registered. When the product in the item line corresponds to a price list product, the price is retrieved from the price list. For other products, the price is derived from the calculation.

CalWin Price List simplifies pricing, making the work of registering quotes and orders easier. Pricing occurs automatically and efficiently; at the same time, the pricing of new products can be evaluated and adjusted individually using CalWin's calculation function. At all times, an overview of the actual margin on the product or the entire order is provided.

In this way, the company's revenue can be continuously influenced through secure and efficient management of list prices and flexible and tailored pricing for other products.

CalWin Round and Arched

With this module, there are no limitations on the geometric shapes of windows, doors, and profiled niches in doors that can be constructed with CalWin.

Whether products with round and arched shapes are self-produced or purchased from others, they can be registered in CalWin and thus proceed to the relevant document with a drawing and specifications, just like all other products.

CalWin Add-on Package

Although there may be good economics for all parties to choose products with better specifications, in a cost-constrained market it is often the cheapest products that are offered and selected.

As a supplier, by using add-on packages, you can offer better products with better revenue for you, simply by highlighting this for the customer in the quote, without extra work for the seller.

The CalWin module "Extra Package Setting" is probably one of the most profitable modules. The price will be earned by generating sales. You sell better products, the customer pays more, and will be more satisfied.

By using "Extra Package Setting," you can present on a printout what it costs extra for one or more alternative glass or aluminum claddings. Details about the add-on packages will accompany all deals specifying what it costs to choose better glass, aluminum cladding, etc.

It is also possible to introduce what a glass provides in terms of improvement in development value if desired. The customer receives additional information directly on the quote. With the current focus on energy and comfort, many will undoubtedly upgrade their products.

If the user decides on an add-on package, you can with one click switch to variations of add-on packages and get updated prices for all items on the quote that are set to include add-on packages. When calculating the price of the add-on package, any special discounts given on the last line are retained.

CalWin Language

CalWin can be delivered with different base languages: Norwegian in Norway, Swedish in Sweden, and English in English-speaking countries. All messages and command line texts on screens, standard reports, and system messages are displayed in the base language.

With CalWin Language, all outgoing information from CalWin can be written in any language, so that customers in other countries receive quotes, order confirmations, invoices, etc. in their own language.

This is due to a function in CalWin to translate all relevant texts into as many languages as may be required, including product names and information, text in forms, etc. (This translation work must be handled by the manufacturer.)

This module is necessary for anyone working with customers in other countries, and it enables all customers, regardless of which country they come from, to receive all documents from CalWin in their own language.
