From challenges to opportunities!

After many years as the IT manager at a window manufacturing company in southern Sweden, Ulf Johansson started as a product manager in 2018 at ERA Fönster AB.

There, he encountered several IT challenges. Despite optimism regarding the existing system, the first years at ERA Fönster AB became some of the most challenging in his career. "I thought the system could be adapted to today's needs, but I quickly discovered that this was not going to happen," he recounts.
