Johan Gardien

Johan has worked for many years at CalWin as a sales manager, in addition to holding an administrative role. Before joining CalWin, Johan worked in the window industry. He also serves as deputy managing director and manages the Ålesund office locally when the general manager is not physically present. Originally from the Netherlands, Johan has been living in Norway since 1986. He is fluent in Norwegian, German, Dutch, and English. Johan always prioritises the customer and is a dedicated individual. He is positive, which influences his relations with customers, as he consistently aims to be service-minded and helpful in finding good solutions. He embraces challenges, and customers can always depend on Johan to work in their best interests. Johan is committed to maintaining his fitness and trains extensively every day. He runs marathons and takes part in several marathon races around the world.
