Ingar was appointed as CEO in 2023. He previously served as CFO at O. Mustad & Søn AS and has held similar roles within the window industry and other sectors. Although Ingar lacks an IT background, he is a certified public accountant and is familiar with CalWin from prior experience, having worked for a major CalWin client. Additionally, he has been a member of CalWin's board since 2010, serving both as a board member and as chairman.
