Olaf brings 25 years of broad IT experience — from developer to CTO — across industries including banking, maritime, and sustainability. He knows how to build and lead development teams, and thrives where technical depth meets practical execution.

At CalWin, Olaf takes on full technical and operational responsibility for our development team, playing a key role in our modernisation and cloud migration journey. With strong expertise in .NET, CI/CD, and cloud-based solutions, he's well-positioned to shape the next phase of the CalWin platform.

We're in an exciting period — growing across Norway, Sweden, and the UK, with a clear ambition to expand further in these markets. Olaf is a key contributor to our efforts to secure our position as the preferred IT partner for the window and door industry across our priority markets.
