• Take backups of your CalWin data regularly
• Store at least one backup per week offsite and off-network
• Verify that your backups are complete and can be restored

Offsite, off-network storage means keeping a copy physically separate from your main systems (such as on an external drive stored elsewhere, or in a secure cloud service not connected to your network). This protects you if ransomware or other attacks compromise your main systems.
