For many years, CalWin 7 has been the engine of your business — a system you know inside out and trust completely. We have great respect for that. And that's exactly why we want to tell you what's coming.

CalWin 8 isn't a new system. It's the next chapter.
The same logic, the same data, the same working day — but on a modern platform that gives you more. Master data, orders, quotes and purchasing all carry over. You can try CalWin 8 before you migrate. And CalWin 7 will be supported for several more years — you move when you're ready.

What's new — in practice?

• You log in via browser and launch the familiar Windows application — no new local installation to manage.
• Updates happen automatically. You're always running the latest version.
• Data is stored in secure Nordic data centres with encrypted communication and two-factor authentication.
• No servers of your own to maintain.
• A fixed monthly cost — predictable, with no surprises.

The path there is shorter than you think
CalWin 8 is already live with our first customers. In September 2026 we are releasing version 8.1, which opens up integrations API) and new functionality we'll be sharing more about soon. We will launch a dedicated migration solution that makes the transition safe and controlled.
